Who says old guys are stuck in their ways? We've decided to shake things up around here and to do it are making some temporary changes in our quoting and new business procedures. Details about this can be seen in our announcement.

We've been tinkering away at this letterpress thing for a long time and now that it's all hip and trendy it looks like we will be running the presses until they wheel us from the shop straight into a home. So if that's the case, we might as well make the best of it. Final details are still being illegibly scrawled out, but we're planning new products and services we hope will make letterpress production easier, more creative and affordable for our customers.
Here are a few highlights of what we're up to:
Retooling our online Printery & Bindery.
We've long dreamed of the day buying letterpress printing would be space aged and online, but our attempts at this have been a bit feeble so far. And although you currently can get prices and order a fetching array of letterpress printing for your business cards, or cheap folded cards and matching envelopes or even die-cut letterpress coaster projects, our fiendish plans have yet to be truly realized. But that's about to change.
Soon online Printery & Bindery lines will also include:
- Larger selection of folded card and envelope sets in various sizes and stocks including Lettra cotton paper.
- Flat cards to mix and match in sizes A2 to A7 and postcards for invitations or direct mail campaigns.
- Die-cut small cards to use as creative business cards or drilled and stringed to become hangtags.
- Booklets, folders and packaging for merchandising or promotions.
- Letterpress art prints and posters.
- Plus other printable formats to use for your graphic design projects.

We've been shamefully neglectful when it comes to showing the work we've done for our customers. Beside the warm and fuzzy feeling we all can get from this experience it also could help some of those new to letterpress see the potential of the medium.

All this work and no fun can get a little boring. To lighten the mood now and then, we are scheming up some original printed designs and products in collaboration with a few of our clever friends.
It looks like we should get busy.
